When to contact your Care Team
Message your Care Team through the TrimRx portal if you have questions or concerns about:
• Side effects
• Your treatment response
• Your current medication or dose
• Changes in your health or other medications
Your provider will review the information and decide whether a medication change, dose change, or another next step may be appropriate.
If your treatment plan changes
Do not change, stop, or switch your medication without guidance from your provider.
If your provider changes your medication or dose, follow the instructions that come with your updated prescription. Do not combine medications, overlap doses, or make dose changes unless your provider tells you to do so.
