What to do if you have a preference or question
Message your Care Team through the TrimRx portal if you have questions about medication options, your current prescription, or whether a brand-name medication may be appropriate for your treatment plan.
Please include any relevant information, such as:
• The medication you are currently taking
• Questions or concerns about your current treatment
• Changes in your health or other medications
• Insurance information, if applicable
Your Care Team can help coordinate next steps with your provider.

Do not change, stop, or switch medications without guidance from your provider. If your treatment plan changes, follow the instructions provided with your updated prescription.
