How to get help through TrimRx

We’re here to help with questions about your account, order, delivery, billing, refill, plan, or care.

How to get help

Tell us what you need help with and include any details that may help us review your request, such as the order or shipment you are referring to. Our team will review your message and let you know the next steps.
