A few limits worth knowing
We can't ship outside the United States
We can't ship to a PO box — we need a street address where someone can receive a temperature-controlled package
Your medical review depends on where you live. Some states require an online consultation with your provider as part of that review, and some don't.
If you move
Update your shipping address under My account in your portal before your next billing date.
If you're traveling around a delivery date, update your address or change your next shipping date in advance so your medication doesn't arrive somewhere you're not.
