Your plan is designed to cover everything you need for treatment, with no surprise costs along the way.
What's included
Your medical review. A licensed provider reviews your health history and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Telehealth consultations when needed. If your provider wants to speak with you, that's included.
Your prescription. Written specifically for you, and adjusted over time as your provider sees fit.
Your medication. Prepared for you by our partner pharmacy.
Shipping. Temperature-controlled, with tracking. No separate delivery charge.
Ongoing support. Messaging with Support and with your Care Team for as long as you're a member.
Dose adjustments. If your provider changes your dose, there's no extra fee for the change itself.
What's not included
This is the part worth reading closely.
Add-on products. Anything you add to your order beyond your core medication is charged separately. That includes items like NAD+. You'll see them listed individually at checkout and on your order in the portal.
Branded medication. Wegovy and Zepbound are priced separately and cost more. See [Do you offer brand name medication?]
Care from other providers — your regular doctor, specialists, or anyone outside TrimRx.
How you're billed
You'll see a pending amount on your statement soon after you order. This catches people by surprise, so here's what it actually is.
It's a hold, not a charge. Your bank sets the amount aside so it's ready if your prescription is approved. The money hasn't left your account yet, and nothing has been paid to us.
If your price changes
We'll tell you before it happens, and you can cancel or change your plan at any point before your next billing date.
Checking what you're paying for
Your portal shows your plan, your billing history, and anything you've added to your order. If a charge doesn't look right, message us with your order number, we'd rather sort it out than have you wondering.
