Select Chat with us to send a message to our support team. Please include your complete new shipping address and let us know whether you have an order that is currently being prepared, shipped, or delivered.
Address updates and current orders
An address update may be possible for future orders. If an order is already being prepared or is with the carrier, changes may be limited.
Contact us through Help & Support as soon as possible if you have an order in progress. Our team will review the current order stage and let you know the available next steps.

If you expect to move or travel, please contact us before your next order is processed. Providing a complete and accurate shipping address helps prevent delivery issues.
Important
Do not rely on an address update request to redirect a package that is already with the carrier. If you have a delivery concern, use Help & Support and include the relevant order or shipment details.
