No.
Your refills are automatic, so your next order is placed and charged on a schedule rather than waiting for you to reorder. That's so your treatment doesn't have a gap in it. With these medications, consistency matters.
What happens on its own
Your order is placed automatically
Your card is charged
Your prescription goes to the pharmacy
Your medication ships to the address on file
What might need you
Before some refills, your provider needs a short update from you. We'll message you when it's needed, and it lives in your portal. If you miss it, your provider can't review you and your refill waits.
Before your refill, it's worth checking
Your shipping address, if you've moved or you're traveling
Your payment card, if it's expired or been replaced
If you want to skip, delay, or change an order
You can also change your plan in your portal. If you want to change your medications, message your Care Team and they'll walk you through it.
If you want to stop
You can cancel, and you don't have to explain why. Do it before your next billing date so you're not charged for an order you don't want.
A note on timing
Your medication is prepared for you after your order goes through, which is why there's a gap between being charged and receiving it. If you cancel after an order has already been placed, that order may already be in progress.
