Here's what we accept and what's worth knowing about each.
Credit and debit cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
You can add or change a card anytime under Payment Methods in your portal. If you have an active plan, remember to set the new card on the plan as well.
We don't store your full card number — payments are handled by a secure payment processor.
Financing
Financing is available at checkout if you'd rather spread the cost.
A few things worth knowing:
You apply with the financing company, not with us. They decide whether you're approved and set your terms.
They pay us, your payments go to them.
You manage that account with them directly.
How billing works
Charges are processed before each shipment. Your next billing date and amount are shown under My plans.
You'll see a pending hold when you first order. Your bank holds the money available but we don’t receive the funds until your provider has approved your medication.
If a payment fails
Your order doesn't go through, which can mean a gap in your treatment. Update your card in your portal before your next billing date if it's expiring or has been replaced.
Questions about a charge
Message us with your order number rather than disputing with your bank, we can almost always sort it out faster.
